The Classic Signature Solid Jerseys

Signature solids are all luxuriously deep-dyed with a carefully selected colour, inspired by some element of Swedish nature, often the colour of a flower.

This dyeing technique results in an intense colour with a beautiful lustre finish that really sings in sunlight.

The Sigr stripe emblem around the collar, the matching, dyed YKK zipper that keeps the colour unbroken and the accent-coloured finger-friendly teardrop zip pullers are just some of the details which make these jerseys an understated classic of sustainable style.

Purple Colour Symbolism: BRAVERY, WISDOM, PASSION, POWER & AMBITION.

Fun Sigr fact: This cycling jersey is named after a flower that blooms in late summer and has bright purple flowers (known as Hydrangea in English).

Legend has it that the French botanist and explorer Philbert Commerson was on a voyage of exploration through Asia where only men were allowed. Philbert couldn't bear to be parted from his wife Hortense Barré, and so smuggled her along on the voyage dressed like a man pretending to be his servant. She was eventually discovered during the voyage but it was too late to remove her by that time. In 1759 he discovered and brought a beautiful flower back to Europe. Guess what he named it? After the lovely Hortense of course.

Hortensia is one of the few flowers to be named after a woman. We really like that.

Q: I got my discount code but where do I put it?
A:
There are a couple of places you can enter the code.

For mobile users, click on "CART" in the top right of the screen. There is a box called "Coupon" - enter the code here.

Alternatively, also for mobile users, you can add the code when you start checkout. Open the link "Show order summary" and you will see a box called "Discount code". Enter the code here.

If you're using a computer or tablet then the boxes should be easy to find either in the shopping cart or when you start the checkout. The boxes are the same as for mobile. Enter your code into one of these boxes, it doesn't matter which.

Here is a
detailed guide with images how to enter a Sigr discount code.

If you still can't see where to put the code then please contact contact@sigr.cc and we'll guide you.

Q: How do I know what size I should buy?
A:
Please use our pop-up sizing suggester which you can find on the product pages below the title after the price. You'll find it by pressing the button labelled "What size should I buy?"

There is also a link labelled "Size chart & measuring information" which links to our pop-up size chart.

We are following EU body size standards in all our products, so if you are familiar with another brand’s product from the EU, then our products will be the same size for you.

A simple rule if you have already bought clothes from us is that if for example you take a Large jersey, then a Large jacket would be the correct size for you. If you take a Small jersey then you will be good with a Small jacket. You will be the same size for all upper body clothes unless they are otherwise described in the product information.

Feel free to contact us by email at contact@sigr.cc if you still have any questions regarding the size.

We are all nature. We are all one.

Our inspiration comes from nature. We make jerseys that are inspired by the epic landscapes and teeming life that is all around us up here in the north.

Magestic forests and fells. Vital fauna and flora.

It might be difficult to take it in when we're taking on a steep climb. But remember, for every climb there is a descent! 😉

The Sigr Story

How We Roll

In times like these it’s the little choices we make that can affect life on a global scale. At Sigr, located way up in the north of Sweden, everything we do is centred around two things: equality and our planet.

We always try to make choices that reduce the impact on this beautiful, inspirational planet we call home. We use 100% digital prototyping and 100% recycled fabric wherever possible. We create sustainable nordic designs with a focus on longevity rather than the changeable whims of fashion. Don't get us wrong - we like making gear that looks great. But it’s gear that will last. Season after season.

Equality in cycling is something we also passionately believe in. Whether it's providing the same designs for men and women or sponsoring the Swedish Tour - a race through Sweden that’s more inclusive than many other big name races we could mention.

We believe cycling is just awesome. For you, for us and for the environment. So let's saddle up and hit the open roads together.
