Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days. Express shipping when available (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day.

Yes - free standard shipping on all orders over the basket value threshold for your country.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we’re unable to make changes as orders are processed quickly. Contact us right away and we’ll do our best.

We currently only ship within the EU but will be rolling out more destinations within the coming months. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Yes. Start an exchange through the returns portal and select the item you’d like instead. Exchanges ship free of charge.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been issued.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more fitted look.

Most styles run true to size. Any exceptions are noted in the product description.
