I'm buying a Christmas Present. What is the Christmas Return Policy?
Returns are allowed until the end of January if you are buying some Sigr stuff as a Christmas present. 'Tis the season to be jolly and all ;)

I didn't get my 10% off code when I subscribed to your newsletter
Hmmm, there could be a few reasons why that code didn't arrive...
1. It might have ended up in your junk mail folder, please check there.
2. You may be subscribing for a second time, we only send out out the code the first time.
3. There was a problem sending out the mail.
If you have ruled out 1 and 2 then please contact contact@sigr.cc and one of our jolly team will be happy to help you out!

I got my 10% code but where do I put it?
There are a couple of places you can enter the code.
For mobile users, click on "CART" in the top right of the screen. There is a box called "Coupon" - enter the code here.
Alternatively, also for mobile users, you can add the code when you start checkout. Open the link "Show order summary" and you will see a box called "Discount code". Enter the code here.
If you're using a computer or tablet then the boxes should be easy to find either in the shopping cart or when you start the checkout. The boxes are the same as for mobile. Enter your code into one of these boxes, it doesn't matter which.

How do I know what size I should buy?
We are following Nordic standards in all our products, so if you are familiar with another brand’s product from the Nordic countries, then our products will be the same size for you.
A simple rule if you have already bought clothes from us is that if for example you take a Large jersey, then a Large jacket would be the correct size for you. If you take a Small jersey then you will be good with a Small jacket. You will be the same size for all upper body clothes unless they are otherwise described in the product information.

What is included in your prices?
Everything is included in our prices! Orders outside EU (Rest of the world) may have to pay import tax and duty according to the country of resident’s rules. Otherwise, nothing to worry about!

I want to ship via DHL but it doesn't work
Double check your postcode including putting spaces in the right place, sometimes this can cause problems

Please double check that the cardholder name is correct along with the CVC security code.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take to arrive?

Will I have to pay import tax?
Perhaps, perhaps not.
Many countries have an import tax free limit when ordering items from abroad. Here are some of those limits. If your order is less than the amount specified, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX! = YAY!

- New Zealand: NZD400
- Norway: NOK200
- Russia: €1000
- Switzerland: CHF200
- Turkey: €75

What is the return policy?
Read more about how you can return a product here. You are allowed to return an order up to 14 days after you receive it. Unless we have agreed otherwise then you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Be aware that there can be exceptions for specially made products and other items. For returns or exchanges, please pack items securely and post to:
