General

Usually you receive your order confirmation within a few minutes. If you have not received it yet, it may be that your order is still being processed and  therefore we recommend that you contact us by email to sales@sigr.cc before placing a new order.

Hmmm, there could be a few reasons why that code didn't arrive...

1. It might have ended up in your junk mail folder, please check there.

2. You may be subscribing for a second time, we only send out out the code the first time.

3. There was a problem sending out the mail.

If you have ruled out 1 and 2 then please contact contact@sigr.cc and one of our jolly team will be happy to help you out!

There are a couple of places you can enter the code.

For mobile users, click on "CART" in the top right of the screen. There is a box called "Coupon" - enter the code here.

Alternatively, also for mobile users, you can add the code when you start checkout. Open the link "Show order summary" and you will see a box called "Discount code". Enter the code here.

If you're using a computer or tablet then the boxes should be easy to find either in the shopping cart or when you start the checkout. The boxes are the same as for mobile. Enter your code into one of these boxes, it doesn't matter which.

Please use our pop-up sizing suggester which you can find on the product pages below the title after the price. You'll find it by pressing the button labelled "What size should I buy?"

There is also a link labelled "Size chart & measuring information" which links to our pop-up size chart. 

We are following EU body size standards in all our products, so if you are familiar with another brand’s product from the EU, then our products will be the same size for you. 

A simple rule if you have already bought clothes from us is that if for example you take a Large jersey, then a Large jacket would be the correct size for you. If you take a Small jersey then you will be good with a Small jacket. You will be the same size for all upper body clothes unless they are otherwise described in the product information.

For orders within the EU and also UK, all VAT and import taxes are paid for at the time of purchase. So what you pay at checkout is all you will pay.


For orders outside of the EU (except UK), the prices shown on the site are exclusive of VAT and import tax/duty. So you may have to pay import tax and/or VAT when the goods come into your country. Sigr is not responsible for any extra costs.

Please double check that the cardholder name is correct along with the CVC security code.

Returns are allowed until the end of January if you are buying some Sigr stuff as a Christmas present. 'Tis the season to be jolly and all ;)

The gift card is sent immediately to the email address you used when ordering. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, please check the junk mail folder and if it's not there, please contact us at contact@sigr.cc

Sigr delivers to pretty much an country in the world except those covered by current economic sanctions by the EU.

Sigr offers Free shipping worldwide from a certain basket size.

Check the prices for express shipping and how long it takes here.

As a rough guide, our free standard shipping can take from 4-15 days depending on how far you are from Sweden. Express shipping takes 2-3 days worldwide.

Double check your postcode including putting spaces in the right place, sometimes this can cause problems.

For the UK, we are currently trialling a system where we guarantee that you pay no import VAT or duty, even if you buy for more than the £135 post Brexit limit.

Many countries have an import tax free limit when ordering items from abroad. Here are some of those limits. If your order is less than the amount specified, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX! = YAY!
