Our Returns Policy
You are allowed to return an order up to 14 days after you receive it. If you change your mind about a garment or it doesn't live up to your expectations, please contact us at email@example.com before you return it. Unless we have agreed otherwise then you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Be aware that there can be exceptions for specially made products and other items.

How do I return a product?
Step 1: Fill in your details on the paper returns form included with your order.
Returning things is a pain we know, but we’ll do our very best to make it easy for you! Don’t forget to fill in the reason why you are returning your Sigr gear by using the correct return code. The information you provide including the return code will help us to better understand your needs and improve our quality assurance.
Step 2: Place the completed returns form and the items you are returning together.
Step 3: Carefully package your return
If possible, try to use the same packaging that the items arrived in to send them back. Re-using the original packaging is a good deed for the environment – every little bit helps! For extra safety secure the zip on the package with a piece of tape. Psst! Don’t forget to write the return address on the package: Sigr AB, Bergsboda 230, 905 96 Umeå, Sweden
Step 4: Post your return to us
Sigr’s clothes are so light and flat that they can usually be posted in a standard letterbox, just don’t forget the stamps! …and don’t sweat it about the postage, we’ll refund it if there’s something wrong with the clothes or we have messed up somewhere else. We’ll be in touch in the event of a refund once we have received the products at Sigr.
Step 5: Confirmation
You’re done! As soon as we receive your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm. It can easily take 7 days for your return to reach us depending on where in the world you are, so hang tight, we’re on the case!
