Our Returns Policy
You are allowed to register a return or an exchange up to 14 days after you receive them. Unless we have agreed otherwise then you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Be aware that there can be exceptions for specially made products and other items.
We reserve the right not to process a refund or exchange if the products are unsellable in any way. For example:
- If clothing has been worn without underclothes and there is residual odour.
- If clothing is dirty.
- If clothing s damaged.
- If a claimed defect does not exist.
