They will warm your arms ;) They will also resist odour from sweat and will dry fast when they get wet. The great thing about fleece is it insulates well even when it's wet, just ask a sheep how happy they are in a rainstorm next time you see one. Will scrunch up super small, you'll hardly notice they're there. They fit easily in a jersey or jacket pocket.
